Loosen your belts and open up your wallet – the much anticipated Beverly Hills Culinary Week is here.
More than 50 Beverly Hills restaurants, hotels, and retail stores will offer culinary experiences and food and beverage specials during Beverly Hills Culinary Week running today through Friday, April 8.
The 5-day event is an invitation to all Southern Californians and tourists to experience one of the most famous culinary destinations in the world. Avec Nous, the new contemporary French bistro located adjacent to L’Ermitage Beverly Hills with acclaimed Executive Chef Olivier Quignon at the helm, will host the official kick-off today at 7pm with a complimentary signature pork rillette and crostini for all guests who mention Culinary Week.
Beverly Hills is home to nearly 500 restaurants and such renowned celebrity chefs as Giacomino Drago, Thomas Keller, Nobu Matsuhisa, Wolfgang Puck, and Curtis Stone — whose restaurants are featured in Culinary Week along with 208 Rodeo, Caulfield’s Bar at the Thompson Hotel, Circa55 at The Beverly Hilton Hotel, Comoncy, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Il Fornaio, Il Pastaio, Lawry’s The Prime Rib, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Nirvana, Ocean Prime, Palm Restaurant, Porta Via, The Grill on the Alley, Via Alloro, and numerous others.
Restaurants will offer unique culinary experiences and specials that range from wine and spirit tastings and chef tables to prix fixe dinners and discounts on entire menus and bottles of wine. Participating retail stores will have special late hours for diners with culinary-related specials.
Dysh is the official dining app of culinary week and allows users to discover the best food and drink in Beverly Hills. In addition to the culinary promotions, diners will have a chance to win a cruise for two to the Dominican Republic courtesy of Fathom Travel. Nespresso will celebrate Culinary Week by having celebrity barista and “Dancing with the Stars” Season 18 Champion, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, making espresso for guests on Thursday, April 7 from 10am-Noon. Maksim will be revealing the secret ingredient he puts in his coffee to stay in shape, on Dysh app at the event.
