Thinking of buying a house in West Hollywood? With a population under 40,000 and an area of just under 2 square miles, this LGBTQ+ oasis is a hub for real estate. In December 2019, nine houses sold in West Hollywood. This is a 25 percent decrease from December 2018. The medium price was at $2,000,000 and the average price was $1,978,444 – a 12.47 percent decrease from December 2018.
