WHERE: Dodger Stadium

WHAT: A chance for Dodger fans to hang out and nerd out.

WHY: Celebrate the (almost) start of the season and root for your home team!

 

Museum Free-for-All Day

WHEN: January 28, 11 A.M.- 6 P.M.

WHERE: Craft Art and Folk Museum

WHAT: Bring friends, kids, and whoever else you know to this free-for-all day of hands-on arts and crafts.

WHY: Get your craft on!

 

The Museum of Failure

WHEN: February 2, 2 P.M.- 8 P.M.

WHERE: A+D Museum

WHAT: A flagrant display of failed inventions through the years.

WHY: Come for the Colgate brand lasagna, stay for “Trump: The Game.”

 

Career Women On Screen: Working Girl

WHEN: February 2, 7:30 P.M.

WHERE: UCLA Film and Television Archive

WHAT: Part of a film series dedicated to showing working gals in cinema, shoulder pads and all.

WHY: Peep a young Melanie Griffith in a sassy workplace comedy.

 

80s Prom Party

WHEN: February 3, 8 P.M.- 1 A.M.

WHERE: The Music Box, Hollywood

WHAT: A full-blown ‘80s celebration for you and your “Breakfast Club”-loving friends.

WHY: Party the night away, “Romy and Michelle” style.
