Popular LGBTQ spot Hamburger Mary’s West Hollywood will be hosting its regular drag bingo to support Ruff Patches animal rescue.
Hamburger Mary’s West Hollywood’s Legendary Bingo was named “Best Bingo” by Los Angeles Magazine and L.A. Weekly and on June 2nd bingo lovers can attend to support a good cause.
The $20 suggested donation will benefit Ruff Patches animal rescue and gets players 10 games of bingo, including the grand prize round. There will also be a live auction for amazing items.
Ruff Patches is a nonprofit organization that empowers Los Angeles area pet owners to keep their pets and help stem the flow of animals entering the City and County shelter systems and nonprofit rescue organizations.
Ruff Patches believes that many issues can be remedied when pet owners have access to relevant information before obtaining a pet, access to additional education about pet care and to resources such as low cost spay/neuter, behaviorists, etc. Ruff Patches connects pet owners considering relinquishment of their pet to the resources they need to address their individual situation, with the goal of keeping the pet in its original home or, if necessary, finding a new appropriate placement.
Hamburger Mary’s recommends an early arrival especially if you’re looking to grab a bite to eat before the game.
Street parking is available as well as several pay lots nearby.
