Hamilton fans, rejoice! For tonight, one of the shows most memorable original cast members will be in our midst, at the Beverly Grove Barnes and Noble, to be precise.
At 7:00pm, the Tony Award Winner will launch his debut book, FAILING UP: HOW TO RISE ABOVE, DO BETTER, AND NEVER STOP LEARNING.
The book is a collection of personal stories from Leslie’s life and career that highlights how the road to Hamilton was built upon many failures that ultimately led him to where he needed to be. He’s really honest in it about just how close he came to giving up on acting before landing the role that would change his life. He’s also the first original cast member to write about the experience of being involved in one of the most groundbreaking works of art in this decade. For more info, check here.
