The Emmy- and Tony-winning actress Listed Midcentury Property for $2.995m
Actress Sarah Paulson has secured a buyer for her Hollywood Hills West home less than a month after putting it on the market.
The Emmy- and Tony-winning star listed the midcentury property three weeks ago for $2.995 million. Records show the sale is now in contract, according to Compass, which handled the listing.
Paulson, 50, purchased the home in 2016 from fellow “American Horror Story” actor Emma Roberts for $1.65 million through a trust. She later worked with Los Angeles design studio Nickey Kehoe to reimagine the interiors, keeping the home’s midcentury character while updating it for modern living.
Built in 1949, the single-level residence spans 2,043 square feet. Its open-plan main room combines living, dining and kitchen areas, anchored by a sculptural fireplace and polished concrete floors. The kitchen features custom walnut cabinetry, quartzite counters and a Gaggenau cooktop built into a bespoke island.
The three-bedroom, four-bathroom layout includes a primary suite with direct access to a pool deck. Outdoor amenities include a spa, wood decking, fire pit, built-in barbecue, outdoor refrigerator and desert landscaping. A detached one-bedroom structure currently functions as a home gym.
This is Paulson’s second Los Angeles-area sale in 2025. In April, she sold a Malibu mobile home known for its bright magenta exterior for $1.45 million.
