Eclectic Gym Brand Blends Music, Design, and Fitness, and Now a Pool
A sleek new addition to West Hollywood’s fitness and lifestyle scene is set to make waves later this month. John Reed Fitness, known for blending luxury design with high-energy workouts, will unveil the neighborhood’s only private outdoor pool deck as part of its West Hollywood location.
The pool, expected to open in late May, has already generated buzz in the community. Once operational, it will distinguish the West Hollywood gym from John Reed’s 46 other locations around the globe. While the fitness brand’s flagship opened in Downtown Los Angeles in 2016, the West Hollywood club will be the first to offer a pool experience, a feature exclusive to this site.
Taylor Bennett, JRF District Manager, said in an interview with Los Angeles Magazine,“We couldn’t be more excited to unveil this new offering at our vibrant West Hollywood JOHN REED location. As the only outdoor pool in WeHo and the first of its kind, this will give our members an unparalleled exclusive experience, adding a new level of luxury and relaxation to their daily workout.”
John Reed has built a global following for its immersive workout environments, which pair high-end equipment with curated music, live DJ sets, and bold, eclectic interior designs. The West Hollywood facility will continue that tradition, with an additional dose of resort-style flair thanks to its poolside component.
Along with its distinctive atmosphere, the gym offers a full roster of custom fitness classes and training programs, aiming to appeal to fitness enthusiasts looking for more than just a treadmill and a weight rack.
