- Sound Healing Experience: Guests will be guided through a 70-minute sound healing session designed to rejuvenate the spirit, incorporating soothing vibrations and poetic reflections. Roxie’s approach blends ancient practices with modern techniques, creating an accessible yet profound journey.
- Cultural Significance: The event highlights Yalda’s importance in Persian culture, fostering a deeper connection to the season’s beauty.
- Preparation: Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and any other items to ensure comfort. Crystals or eye masks are welcome for those wishing to enhance their experience.
- Tea Reception: Complimentary tea will be available in the hotel lobby from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The sound healing session begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Following the session, guests can savor a Persian-inspired dish created by Top Chef Middle East champion Charbel Hayek at Ladyhawk, the hotel’s restaurant. Reservations are required for this Eastern Mediterranean dining experience through Ladyhawke.
