Britney Spears Incident Prompts Paramedic Response at Chateau Marmont

Alleged Altercation Raises Concerns, Singer Shares Instagram Posts

Late Wednesday night, Britney Spears arrived at the Chateau Marmont with her boyfriend, Paul Soliz, prompting police response following reports of a disturbance allegedly involving Spears.

Officers were called to the scene around 10:30 p.m. following claims of harassment and threats towards hotel staff and guests attributed to a woman matching Spears’ description. Upon arrival, police found no evidence of wrongdoing and departed the premises.

Subsequently, Spears and Soliz reportedly retired to their hotel room around 11 p.m., where an altercation ensued, purportedly turning physical, according to TMZ. Spears was described as “out of control” and screaming in the suite’s hallway, prompting concerns of a potential mental health episode among guests, leading to paramedics being summoned.

Paramedics arrived at approximately 12:40 a.m. and encountered Spears exiting the hotel with visible distress. Despite their presence, Spears declined ambulance transport. She then left with her security team but without her boyfriend.

Spears later shared a video on Instagram showcasing her swollen right ankle, attributing the injury to a twist sustained during the incident and alleging unauthorized entry by paramedics. The post blamed her mother and said, “I know my mom was involved !!! I haven’t talked to her in 6 months, and she called right after it happened before the news being out !!! I was set up just like she did way back when !!! I wish I had grandparents !!! I can’t stand her !!! I honestly don’t care I will say it !!! Pass, this man is wonderful !!! He’s like a father to me, and he got me through last night !!! I adore you and admire you, mister Mathew !!!

In an earlier post, Spears denied that there was any altercation and said, “Just to let people know…The news is fake.”

Brian Humphrey, spokesperson for the Los Angeles Fire Department, was quoted by KTLA 5 News and confirmed the LAFD received a medical aid call regarding an injured adult female at 12:42 a.m. However, it remains unclear whether paramedics directly interacted with the injured individual. They departed at 1:17 a.m. without hospitalizing anyone. Law enforcement did not intervene in the matter. There was no confirmation that Spears was the injured guest or not.
