Lynee’s Sydney Carlson Launches Lemon Soft Serve Collab at Coucou
A limited-edition soft serve collaboration is set to sweeten up West Hollywood this weekend, as cookware and accessory entrepreneur Sydney Carlson teams up with Bar Coucou and fashion brand For Love & Lemons to debut “Sydney’s Citron Soft Serve” in celebration of the new Lynnee x For Love & Lemons collection.
The pop-up event will run from August 1 to August 3 at Coucou West Hollywood, offering visitors a sun-kissed taste of the South of France without leaving Los Angeles. The featured dessert, inspired by summer days on the Riviera, is a swirl of bright lemon soft serve topped with raspberry, designed to pair with warm weather, chic outfits, and summery vibes.
Guests can stop by for an afternoon of apéritifs, sweet treats, and seasonal style, all curated to evoke the feeling of a European getaway. Organizers describe the event as “a little Euro summer—no passport required.”
Bar Coucou has also officially launched a brunch menu Short Rib Breakfast Burritos, Salad Nicoise, French Omelettes, and more. Brunch hours take place every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Bar Coucou’s jasmine-lined patio.
