Resurfacing Project Ends June 12, With Temporary Parking Restrictions
Roadway improvements are underway this week as the City of West Hollywood begins asphalt and concrete resurfacing at several locations to address damage and depressions in the streets.
Starting Monday, the city’s designated repair contractor will grind and overlay sections of pavement in various areas, with temporary pavers installed as needed until permanent striping is completed. Work is scheduled daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
At least one traffic lane will remain open in each work zone throughout construction to maintain vehicle flow. Temporary “No Parking” signs will be posted at least 48 hours in advance in affected areas if necessary. All local residences and businesses will remain accessible during the repairs.
Streets scheduled for grinding and overlay work include:
- 424 Norwich Dr.
- 8972 Keith Ave
- 1040 Curson Ave
- Robertson Blvd at Beverly Blvd
- Melrose parking lot (Melrose Ave at Robertson Blvd)
