Honoring Local Heroes: Public Safety Awards and Luncheon Set for March 26

Recognizing Excellence in Public Safety: WeHo’s Annual Awards Event Returns

The City of West Hollywood is set to recognize outstanding contributions to community safety at the 2025 Public Safety Awards & Luncheon on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. The event will take place at the West Hollywood Council Chambers/Public Meeting Room, located at 625 N. San Vicente Boulevard.

The luncheon will celebrate the efforts of public safety organizations and the city’s Neighborhood & Business Safety Division/Code Enforcement team, which are dedicated to enhancing safety in the West Hollywood community.

This year’s Public Safety Awards will be presented to:

  • Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department – West Hollywood Station
  • Los Angeles County Fire Department Stations 7 and 8
  • West Hollywood Block by Block Security Ambassadors

These awardees have demonstrated leadership and commitment to public safety initiatives, strengthened community partnerships, and played a key role in making West Hollywood a safer place for residents and visitors.

The Public Safety Awards & Luncheon will begin with lunch served in the Auto Court area outside the Council Chambers, followed by the awards presentation inside.

  • Admission: Free, no RSVP required
  • Parking: Available in the adjacent five-story parking structure (accessible from El Tovar Place via N. Robertson Boulevard)
