Three-Day Water Infrastructure Project Set to Impact WeHo Traffic
The City of West Hollywood is notifying residents and commuters of an upcoming Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) water connection project that will temporarily impact traffic on Santa Monica Boulevard.
The project, scheduled to take place from Wednesday, March 19, to Friday, March 21, 2025, will occur daily between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and will affect westbound lanes between N. Croft Avenue and N. La Cienega Boulevard.
During the construction period, drivers should expect partial lane closures along the impacted section of Santa Monica Boulevard. Commuters are advised to plan ahead for possible traffic delays and consider alternate routes when traveling through the area.
City officials have assured the public that West Hollywood staff and Parking Enforcement personnel will actively monitor the situation throughout the project’s duration. Parking Enforcement officers will also be on hand to assist with traffic control if necessary.
