The property was originally listed in May for $5.195 million, according to real estate records. Its price was reduced to $4.7 million in September. Details on the buyer and final sale price have not yet been disclosed, as reported by Mansion Global.
The home, built in 1957, has been renovated to blend modern amenities with its original architectural style. Listed by Greg Holcomb of Carolwood Estates, the property spans approximately 2,800 square feet. Holcomb did not respond to requests for comment.
Currently configured as a two-bedroom residence, the single-story home features a third room used as a screening room. Hardwood floors run throughout the home, while the main living area boasts a double-sided fireplace shared with the dining room. The updated kitchen includes an informal dining space.
