Ariana DeBose and Arian Moayed Walk Red Carpet at Fantastic Fest for “House of Spoils” Premiere

Prime Video Thriller Set to Premiere October 3 Following Exclusive Screening

Academy Award winning, LGTBQ actor Ariana DeBose, Arian Moayed, and filmmakers Bridget Savage Cole and Danielle Krudy made an appearance on the red carpet at Fantastic Fest, where their upcoming thriller House of Spoils was screened for an enthusiastic audience. The stars, along with production designer Alexandra Schaller, engaged with press and festival attendees before introducing the film to a packed theater. After the screening, the filmmakers and cast participated in a Q&A session moderated by Fantastic Fest director Lisa Dreyer.

House of Spoils, set to premiere globally on October 3 on Prime Video, tells the story of an ambitious chef, played by DeBose, who opens a restaurant in a remote estate while contending with kitchen chaos, self-doubt, and a sinister presence threatening her success.

In addition to the screening, Prime Video hosted an immersive activation that allowed fans to experience the eerie world of House of Spoils. Guests navigated through themed zones featuring culinary creations by chef Jen Rodriguez, a photo booth, and other interactive elements. 

The film, written and directed by Savage Cole and Krudy, also stars Barbie Ferreira, Amara Karan, Mikkel Bratt Silset, and Marton Csokas, and is produced by Blumhouse Productions. It is an intense and thrilling film set in the world of fine dining. For those who enjoyed films like The Menu and shows like The Bear, House of Spoils has much to offer.
