A.O.C. West Hollywood Hosts Local Farmers’ The Schaners Inspired Dinner

Unique Farm Fresh Specials and All American Ribs in Weho and Brentwood 

A.O.C. West Hollywood is set to offer an exclusive dinner event on Thursday, August 8, 2024, featuring a menu inspired by The Schaners, who are local farmers who bring their fresh fruits and vegetables to local farmer’s markets. In addition to the restaurant’s regular offerings, guests can enjoy the following Schaner-inspired specials:

  • Avocado & Beet Tartare ($19): Cucumber, lime, crème fraîche, and pépites.
  • Summer Squash Kibbeh ($20): Bulgur wheat, purslane, green harissa, yogurt, and lavash.
  • Cipollini Onion Focaccia ($22): Roasted cherry tomatoes, taleggio, and Genovese basil.
  • Farm Rabbit & Sage Pappardelle ($32): Leeks, carrots, and mustard cream.
  • Paul’s Suckling Pig ($36): Romesco, quince paste, and Marcona almonds.
  • Grilled Fig Leaf Panna Cotta ($16): Roasted figs and Weiser melon sorbet.

Get ready for the All-American Rib Fest in Brentwood.

On Sunday, August 18, 2024, A.O.C. will bring an All-American Rib Fest to Brentwood, featuring a mouthwatering selection of meats and sides:

  • Saint Louis-Style Pork Ribs
  • Braised Westholme Wagyu Brisket
  • Spiced Lamb Spare Ribs
  • Too-Hot-To-Handle Chicken Wings

Classic sides like coleslaw, baked beans, long-cooked collard greens, buttered corn-on-the-cob, and tomato and watermelon salad will accompany these dishes. Guests can also enjoy grilled cornbread and Wonder Bread.

To top off the meal, a warm peach cobbler with strawberries and buttermilk ice cream will be served for dessert.The All-American Rib Fest is $95 per person, including beverages, tax, and service. You can make a reservation here.
