A Weekend of Horror, and Cult Classics With Exclusive Q&A Sessions
The Shock-A-Go-Go Film Festival is set to return to the Lumiere Cinema at Music Hall in Beverly Hills on Friday, May 17, and Saturday, May 18. The theatre is located at 9036 Wilshire Boulevard. This exciting festival will showcase films from the horror, sci-fi, fantasy, cult, and dark comedy genres, mostly independent films. Each screening will have a special guest and Q&A. Presale tickets are available for $25 for a single day or $45 for both days. Tickets at the door will be priced at $30. Attendees can pay once and come and go as they please. The festival will also feature vendors, vintage trailers, giveaways, and more.
Friday, May 17 Schedule:
- 7:30 p.m.: Friday the 13th Part IV: Jason Lives (1986)
- Followed by a Q&A session with director Tommy McLoughlin.
- 9:45 p.m.: They Came From Within (1976)
- Followed by a Q&A session with actress Lynn Lowry.
Saturday, May 18 Schedule:
- 5:30 p.m.: Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama (1988)
- Followed by a Q&A session with stars Brinke Stevens and Michelle Bauer.
- 7:30 p.m.: Monster Squad (1987)
- Followed by a Q&A session with director Fred Dekker and cinematographer Bradford May.
- 9:45 p.m.: The Crazies (1973)
- Followed by a Q&A session with actress Lynn Lowry.
