Grammy-Nominated Jazz, R&B Fusion, and Astral Grooves—Join the Melodic Journey

The City of West Hollywood is set to host the Winter Sounds Free Indoor Concert Series at The Sun Rose performance venue, Pendry West Hollywood, 8430 Sunset Boulevard. Taking place on select Saturday evenings at 7 p.m. from January 27, 2024, to February 24, 2024, this series promises an eclectic musical journey.

Julius Rodriguez Takes the Stage (February 10, 2024, 7 p.m.)

On February 10, the series continues with multi-talented musician Julius Rodriguez. Infusing his jazz background with R&B, gospel, and hip-hop influences, Rodriguez has garnered attention through his tours with A$AP Rocky and collaborations with artists like Meshell Ndegeocello. His solo debut album, “Let Sound Tell All,” showcases his unique musical perspective.

Brandon Coleman Closes the Series (February 24, 2024, 7 p.m.)

The Winter Sounds Concert Series concludes on February 24 with keyboard maestro Brandon Coleman. Known for his contributions to jazz and funk fusion, Coleman has been a fixture with notable artists like Babyface, Donald Glover, and Flying Lotus. His astral grooves, as showcased in his album “Resistance,” promise an unforgettable finale.

Organized by the City of West Hollywood’s Arts Division, the Winter Sounds concerts are free, but attendees must be 21 years or older. RSVP is recommended, though it does not guarantee admittance, as seating is first-come, first-served. Early arrival is encouraged to secure a spot. Attendees can enjoy $15 validated valet parking at Pendry, and street parking may be available.
