Richard Simmons is Alive and Well and Living in an Undisclosed California Location

Yesterday, fitness icon Richard Simmons, only a few months after being thrust back into the public eye as the subject of a new (much-discussed) podcast, issued an exclusive statement to People magazine. Apparently he is not missing (we knew as much) but rather ailing (at an unclosed California hospital) and taking his sweet time to come on the scene:

“Aren’t you sick of hearing and reading about me?! LOL Well by now you know that I’m not ‘missing,’ just a little under the weather.”

We certainly are not, Richard! In any case, we’re hoping Simmons makes a speedy recovery. The limelight misses him.
